  For over a decade, Arushi Sinha has worked in medical publishing and health writing, and is the founder of Big Think Media, a media and marketing firm specializing in health and biomedical communications. She has worked in academic publishing and journal production, and helped establish a nationally distributed cancer magazine. As as a faculty member, Dr. Sinha taught medical students to effectively communicate with their patients. She has worked with leading pharmaceutical corporations, legal firms, and web-marketing organizations. Dr. Sinha has won numerous awards for her work, including awards for her pharmaceutical websites and her academic research. She is president-elect of the American Medical Writers Association, Northwest Chapter.

• Alie DeGon, MBA :
  Alie DeGon, founder of MetaJiva, has held various recruiting leadership roles in corporate (Starbucks Coffee Company, Amazon.com) and agency settings (The Blackstone Group) and has a passion for building teams and organizations. An MBA and Labor Economist, she also likes to measure what happens when excellent combinations of people come together with common goals. Alie's forte is listening to customers, understanding their businesses, and delivering human capital solutions to power their visions. Alie and her husband Chris live with their two little boys North of Seattle.
